Free software not showing up in user account

Gerran- I also can't find them, but I'm in Canada, and my S1 is not hardware-included. I just dug through My Presonus again. Nada. I renewed my plus on a one time payment (not monthly) in October. This reminds me of the issues with how to get sub zero, lead architect, and maybe deep flight too. It seemed that (at least for the point releases) locating the files themselves differed for certain users. Seems that "my Presonus" isn't the "same" for everyone. I am not personally too concerned, but with so many saying they got these, and "look, it's right there! 😁) I figured I had better take a more thorough look. Nope, not there.

I'm not particularly bothered about missing those plugins, but I thought to chime in and help solve this puzzle. That is, if it is a puzzle that can be solved..

Nope - not here. Same situation arose when looking for Sub Zero Bass, and I think Lead Architect.... anyway not losing sleep.....
 
I've had another look - my earlier look was on my phone, so I decided to do it on a big screen! To repeat, I have a current active subscription, I have PreSonus hardware-related software products, and I'm in UK.

MyPresonus gives the option to search. The only UJAM product is Virtual Drummer PHAT2 - Studio Magic, dated December 29 2020. The only Arturia product I have is Analog Lab Lite, same date. These products came with Studio One 5 Artist, I think. I'm wondering if the three products mentioned in the OP were bundled with either a specific hardware item, or an earlier Studio One product.

Edit: indeed the products I found did come with Studio One v5 Artist, in a bundle that came with a PreSonus audio interface. In fact, in that bundle were a few products that I'd never redeemed! They included one UJAM bass library and an upgrade to Arturia Analog Lab Intro - which leads to a very tempting price for the full Analog Labs Pro 11! Damn...

So, although I didn't find the OP's discoveries, it's worth digging deeper into My Products in MyPreSonus to see if you've missed anything.

This must have something to do with Perpetual vs Subscription.

When I go here:

Studio One Pro+

And scroll the page - starting at the top to bottom - here is what I see:

Same for me with the older UJam, Arturia products. But in my case, not tied to an earlier hardware purchase. The only Presonus hardware I have ever owned is a VSL 1818 years and years ago. But I already had Studio One at the time.

Might be tied to plus "membership" but at least right now I would rather make meagre attempts to refine my own flawed projects than help sort out Presonus' convoluted applications for them. (Said in jest, as an unabashed Studio One Fanboi 😁)

I can see none of these.
Also, there is no option to install these plugins in the Studio One "Installation" menu.

I'm on a annual Pro+ subscription which will end on December 9th, 2025. I got this when I bought my Quantum HD.

You will never see product like these appear in the S1 Installation menu.

All third party (redeemable) products are usually all installed outside of the S1 environment.

There are VERY rare exceptions like say the Splice add-on for example - when a product needs to "hook" into S1 in some way - then and only then will you see it appear under the Installation menu.

Gregor has just put a video up explaining that the Arturia Dist Coldfire (and presumably the other new plugins) is a free download just for this month - so get it while you can.
 
They showed up in my products yesterday, so it will be a gradually distribution thing I guess...
 
I don’t know about the UJAM stuff, but the offer for the Arturia Distortion was time limited until end of November, iirc. So in case of interest: claim it and redeem your code at Arturia as soon as possible. Then you’ll have it in your Arturia Account.

Edit: Sorry, I just saw that TimC340 already wrote that yesterday.
