Free software not showing up in user account

First, thanks for this post because I didn't know those products had been added to our licence!
I had to hunt around a little in MyPresonus. I found them here, at the bottom with "redeem" next to them:

(Once I redeemed them they went to the top of that page, just to confuse me...)

This is a direct link to one of the UJAMs. Make sure you are logged in to MyPresonus then try this link:

These is also a trial of Submix Sessions, which I have not redeemed - I don't really have a use for it.

Not working for me, even with the direct Ujam link :cry:
 
Doesn't work here neither. Searching the "My products" page for "Arturia" or "UJAM" gives no results.

Nope I don't see it either. And when I follow the link you posted , after making sure I was logged into my Presonus, I don't see any reference to any of this, let alone any links to the files themselves. I renewed my license as I always do with a one-time annual payment (mid October) to keep my perpetual license intact. I believe this is a US Only offer/promotion (maybe some other regionality - but (guessing) clearly not Canada), likely due to licensing restrictions by UJam and Arturia. I don't really give a s&*t about any of these products, but if this is the reason, as has been the case a lot lately, Presonus should get their communication act together, and make sure the announcement itself states that the offer is only valid to residents of the US (or whatever), as clearly the information will leak out and cause negative (and unncessary) impressions. Not to say it isn't just a glitch, but not really anything I personally am too concerned about.

I got them also in my account (EU), but i cant remember Presonus had announced this in any way.

It's weird that it has not been mentioned anywhere official. I'm on the email list and S1 has a built-in news feed but nothing on either of them.

I found out about this on Reddit.

And what email list? I actually do not recall ever receiving anything from Presonus - via email - like ever.

Oh, interesting! I went through my MyPresonus page in some detail, and they definitely aren’t there - and I have a current and up-to-date Plus subscription, so there’s nothing disqualifying me on that front. I’ve had no issues on the log-in either.
 
I did some searching on myPreSonus but couldn't find those plugin redeem buttons.
I'm in the Netherlands on an active subscription at the moment. My sub is hardware related though, maybe that's a deciding factor?

Still there's nothing on the front page (nor anywhere else) of my MyPresonus account.

I'm still on a sub I got with my Quantum HD. Subscription period will end on 9/12/2025.
