Fender Universal Control 5 not showing AudioBox and not able to log in

I just downloaded the latest UC version to update my audio driver for my AudioBox iTwo interface in my Windows 11, but it doesn't show any AudioBox option:

I of course selected the AudioBox drivers when I installed the software, but still doesn't appear.

Another issue is that I am trying to log in but it also isn't working:

I tried the option to create a new account with the same email but neither works.

I also tried with the Gmail button but still doesn't work.

As another detail: I am doing all this because I started to hear distorted sound in my audio of Windows, so I tried to update everything in my PC, and in my previous UC version I selected the "check for updates" but it said that it was updated already, but I still wanted to make sure that it was correct so I came to the Presonus site (now branded as Fender) and there was a newer version of the app so looks like that is not working properly when checking for updates.....
 
Ok I see the problem, my interface wasn't being recognized by my PC, all I had to do was to unplug and plug in the Interface so then it was recognized.
The issue with my account is still present, I gave up and created a new one with a new email.
 
Just for reference (no idea how to solve the account issue), the list you pulled down in your first screenshot is a picker for which off line StudioLive console editer you want to load. That has nothing to do with drivers, those should load automatically (I think) when the device is been detected. Good they did when you replugged the Audio box ..
