Error Reports and Fixes

I have Studio One Pro 7. When I boot up, I started getting a choice to "Open With Options" or to "Open Normally." There is a link to an error report, suggesting that my system keeps crashing, possibly due to a bad plugin (I only use the preloaded plugins, no 3rd party plugins). I sent in the error report and when I booted up again, there were updates to install. Is that meant as a repair from Presonus tech support? If so, that's amazing!

No, it means that there's a new version available that you haven't installed yet. It's not related to tech support - although this would be pretty cool
