Copy cuts from one audio track to another with different audio

Welcome to the Forum!

Can you post a screenshot of what you're trying to do?

Are you trying to cut audio from one track and paste it to a blank track or replace the audio in another track?

I want to copy the cuts from the green track to the blue track. The audio on the blue track is original, and the green track is incorrectly edited, but the cuts are fine, and I'd like to put them on the blue track without having to redo them.

What does "the green track is incorrectly edited, but the cuts are fine" mean?

Is the audio in the green track an edited copy of the audio in the blue track?

The green track is a copy of the blue one. I applied some restoration plugins to the green track, rendered the track, and when I put it together with the other tracks in the project, I didn't like how it looked. There are many cuts from the green track that I want to use in the original track (the blue one). It took a lot of work to apply the cuts, as it's a 47-minute project. I'd like to use the same cuts in the blue track.

Please explain what "I didn't like how it looked" means?

Are you familiar with how to check which audio files in the Pool are associated with your audio files in the green and blue tracks?

Example: Drum track audio event showing the associated audio file in the Pool.

The restoration plugins generated artifacts that make the vocals sound over-processed and altered. That's why I re-imported the original track (blue) and would like to apply the same cuts as the green one.

Ok, so you're not wanting to use any of the audio in the green track but you'd like to remove all the audio in the blue track where you made cuts to the audio in the green track?

The cuts are made on the green track. I want to keep the audio from the blue track and remove the green track, but on the blue track, I want to include the cuts from the green track.

Understood. I need to try some things to see if that's possible and will get back to you.

Thanks!
I'm going to close the computer now. It's 3:30 at night where I live and I have to go to sleep. We can talk again tomorrow.

After checking myself and with other members we're not aware of any command or macro that can take cuts made to an audio track and apply them to another audio track. So unless someone here can recommend a way to do this, I'd recommend using the track with the cuts as a template (shown here) to manually apply cuts to the original audio track.

However before doing that, here's some questions to check if there's a possible way to avoid the manual process...

What steps did you use before processing the audio?
Specifically, did you make the cuts before processing the audio?

If so, did you use "Transform to Rendered Audio" with the "Preserve Realtime State" option checked?
If so, have you tried using "Transform to Realtime Audio" to restore the unprocessed audio with the cuts?

Have you checked the Pool, Media/Bounce folders or Recycle bin for unprocessed audio files with the cuts?
