Solved Can markers be dynamic?

Since I tend to record very long audio tracks, I'm using the markers a lot in order to find the parts I'm interested in. The problem is, when I cut a part that I'm not interested in anymore, the markets get all messed up and therefore become useless.

Here is what I want them to do. Let's say I have a 10 minute audio track. I'm interested in a part that starts at exactly 5 minutes, so I put a marker there.
Now, I cut a whole minute before said marker so I need it to be at the 4 minute mark. Sadly, it always stays at the position it was initially put at and I'm wondering if there was an option to make it more dynamic?

I'm on v6 in case that helps.

You have to use the "delete time in loop" feature (right-click in the loop-area), this will also move the markers:

Oh, that was as simple as that. I didn't know you could remove a selected part by clicking on this specific area. I've always clicked on the clip itself for some reason.

Thanks a lot!

I didn't know that either, but am very glad I've learned this! Manny thanks from me as well!
