Browser lagging/freezing

Hi,
I have a problem with the browser in Studio One,
Running a MacBook Pro M1, files on an external M.2 SSD.
16GB ram.
I have a subscription and installed allt the SoundSets available for download.

Is this a bug, an IO problem or just poor indexing?
If I scrolls/previews "slowly" it doesn't seem to freeze as much?
Annoying as hell.

My external drive is USB3.2 maxes out at 950 MB/s

Although I'm on Windows, I noticed the lagging as well. I suspect, and maybe someone can verify or debunk this, Studio One does some background indexing of all the files. After a while (it took a few days in my case) the lagging seemed less/gone. It's flowing flawless now for me...

Some of the soundsets are huge and will take awhile to index before opening in the browser (especially when installed on external drives)...

Ok, i create I ticket with presonus and see if they can help.
I just want to now if there is any idea to spend some money on a thunderbolt cabinet.

Ok, maybe they're indexing the files when browsing them.
