Hi and welcome to the Studio One User Forum!

There have been a few problems with Studio One reported on the Scaler forums. Both Scaler and Scaler Detector have sometimes been blocklisted by Studio One. They are also causing S1 crashes occasionally.
There is no clear solution. Some folks just kept resetting the block list and eventually it scanned OK. Other claim an uninstall, reinstall and reboot solved it.
Blocklist is a list of plug-ins that Studio One will ignore. You can manually add plug-ins to the Blocklist, but Studio One also automatically puts plug-ins on the Blocklist if they crash when Studio One scans for new plug-ins.
TL;DR: Scaler crashed during plug-in scan so Studio One put it on the Blocklist.
I have had a few conversations now with their dev team and still no resolution.
What is clear is that whatever they are doing over there - Studio One (AND Cubase AND now Wavelab Pro 12 as well) do not like these plugins during a standard plugin scan.
On the surface - it appears that some corners are being cut within the requirements of the latest VST3 SDK - as this is the only pair of plugins that have caused me any issues for years during a scan.
v3.2 is scheduled to be released this month - so we shall see how things shake down very soon.
