OK this is really good! I was nodding along and bam- horns come in! They are punchy! And very smooth when holding chords. The sax solo is nice too. Horns and sax are not in the original but sure add a great touch. Did you write and arrange the horns?
I also wrote an instrumental piece call "Along the Way" too. My fav of your songs I've heard so far.

Thanks, Mike J!
Here's the story on the horns. I have Session Horns Pro which has 2 methods of use-1 with individual instruments which you can use as solos or you can try to make an arrangement with them and 2 is a feature called the Animator. A few songs ago I actually tried to make an arrangement by myself but the problem was they sounded terrible! The timbre wasn't conducive to a pleasant sounding horn section. I still have that song shelved and every now and then I make a sincere attempt to get the arrangement to sound good in a mix but it's just not possible, so with this I let the Animator do the arrangement. It's much easier to mix and balance them plus I'm in awe of some of the clever licks it puts out. The sax solo is the Tenor Colossus (tenor sax) from an outfit called Straight Ahead Samples which has an ever growing library of great sounding samples for a reasonable price. It doesn't have an Animator feature though. I had to play that myself but use of keyswitches make for some nice variations on articulations.
Thanks again
