Analog Modern Machine - Activation issue

Hi Lukas,
I’ve just purchased Analog Model Machine from S1 Toolbox and installed it correctly in Studio One.
However, I’m having problems activating it.
The automatic activation process says that my computer is not connected to the Internet, which is not correct — I can browse normally, download files, and I downloaded the product without any issues.
I then tried the offline activation method: I downloaded the license file from my account and attempted to authorize the plugin using that file, but I get an error saying that the license file is not valid.
Am I missing a step, or is there a specific activation procedure I should follow for Analog Model Machine?

Hi,

first, I'm sorry to hear activation didn't work. It's the first time I hear about a "not connected to the internet" message when activating an extension. Does Studio One show this message?

Would you be able to post (or send to contact@s1toolbox.com) a screenshot of the "not connected to the internet" error message? Or even better, a video where I can see what exactly you did to get this message.

Also, do you use the Studio One Pro+ subscription oder did you purchase S1 "normally" (perpetual license)?

Let's go in order

I'm using a Pro+ Subscription

Below the screenshot I have when I try to activate AMM as a regular soundset.

And here what I get when I try to activate through the license file I downloaded.

Additionally (maybe it can be a hint for troubleshooting)
when I try to download a new copy of the license file I'm told that my eMail address is not recognized.
I may suppose something is corrupted about my account?
