View CC Automation for multiple tracks

I think I know the answer, but just wanted to check my sanity. Is there a way in the editor view to see multiple overlaid CC automation curves based on the number of midi tracks you're editing? Similar to velocity where you can highlight midi notes across multiple tracks and see the individual velocity for the selected tracks.

My guess is no, but just wanted to confirm I'm not missing something.

No, you can only see the automation of one track at a time. The visible automation changes with the current note selection.

What is your exact use case? I'm asking because I'm currently working on new multi-part editing features for the Scoring Tools add-on...

Figured as much. I think it would be especially helpful when arranging entire sections to ensure dynamics and expression are moving in a similar direction. I'm still trying to figure out my best workflow since I'm newer to composing. After I get my parts down I go and record dynamics and expression but sometimes I find it easier to get more consistency by seeing the other parts.

Ultimately, I need to buy some midi faders which I think will help tremendously since I only have one on my keyboard and using TouchOSC for that has turned out to be a bigger pain that I would've liked, but I would find it especially helpful when drawing in the CC values.

Also can't wait for the update!

Agreed. I find the Audio Imperia fader box very interesting (but out of stock currently).

Not sure if this helps, but you can also copy the automation from one part to another using "Paste at Original Position".

Yep I've done this before. It works pretty well. Honestly would be probably even more helpful to have modulation and CC11 overlaid instead of having to create two views. But ultimately midi fader controller and my ears will be much easier than drawing in the automation.

Although I've heard mixed reviews, I'm probably gonna spring for one of the MIDI Maker Sparrow controllers. Cheap and hopefully effective hah.
