Solved Turn off shared copies

Hi everyone,

I can see where shared copies has its use. Is it possible to turn this off? I usually option/alt and drag an event to duplicate it. As this results in a shared cooy I then select ‘separate shared copies’. How can I turn this function off or how can I duplicate an event without it being a shared copy?

I cannot see how shared copied would be the default. It never was. Only for patterns (no longer the case in v7 but I see you're on v6.6).



Only "Duplicate Shared" would create a shared copy.

Thanks Lukas. I’m going to look into this again and see what comes up. I may have missed something.
