Transform to rendered audio on a Folder Bus Channel

Hello! I can only perform "Transform to rendered audio" on a Folder Bus Channel and not a standard bus channel. Am I missing something or is this by design?

Thanks.

It's working as expected for me with a standard bus channel (see results) using Studio One Pro 7.1 on Windows 11 (24H2)...

Please include your steps or a screenshot to show the issue...

Oh I see the problem here — The "Transform to Rendered Audio" option only shows up when you right click the bus in the mixer window, not in the timeline view. With "Folder busses", you can render from both views. Thanks for pointing that out.

You actually cannot click a bus channel in the arrangement (timeline). Channels are always in the mixer. Only exception is folder tracks that are linked to a bus channel.

Check some of the "tracks are not channels" videos:

I click and use the bus channel all the time in the arrangement window, I prefer it vs only using it in the mixer window. Here is a screenshot where you can see I can add inserts, use the fader, panner, etc. Maybe I'm not understanding you correctly?
