The sound jams when playing on the qwerty keyboard

The problem is actually on the video, the sound sticks in third-party plug-ins when working with the qwerty keyboard on a macbook! It is not possible to work, I have been looking for an answer for a very long time. If someone has a mac and s1, please check, maybe I have some kind of malfunction in the mac

No malfunction on your side. The qwerty keyboard is borked since I joined the club back in 2019. And nothing but lame excuses. The competitors have flawless qwerty keyboards for ages. Idk why the Presonus developers can’t get it right.
