Solved The Project Page - Help please

I'm rather new at this, and I don't understand the difference between the Master section and the Post section on the Project Page, when to use them in the recording process, and how it works. Also: if you put in the compressor, limiter, eq. etc it will affects all songs, so how to adjust songs differently with different plug ins?

The Master section is before the master level fader, the Post section is after. So for example, if you had a limiter to make sure the output level didn't exceed a certain amount, you'd put it in the Post section. You could use the master fader to "push" more audio into the limiter if you wanted. Both the Master and Post inserts affect all tracks. For example, if you wanted to make all the tracks brighter, you'd insert an EQ in the Master section.

You can insert different plugins for individual tracks in the area above the Master and Post sections. Selecting a different track reveals the inserts for that track.

I feel the Project Page is underrated. The more you use it, the more uses you'll find for it. Hope this helps!
