Anybody running the Linux version?

Seems like it has quite a few restrictions.

And do I understand that correctly that it wants to run in Wayland?

That is correct. Do keep in mind that it is basically a public beta, not a finished version. Most of the features are there but some aspects need a very different approach and therefore are still being developed.

Hmmm. Wayland is a red flag for me. I would like to reward them for making a Linux version, but maybe they aren't quite there yet.

I run S1 on Linux ubuntu 24.04. It works and i can do a lot of work. Drag and drop is getting better too. Still lots of bugs. Look forward to next update

I got it to install, even got to the point of selecting weyland graphics or whatever. But it would never open up. I gave up on the whole thing. It was a huge waste of effort.
