Studio One crashes when using slip event

Hey everyone, it's my first time posting here so forgive me if this is the wrong area. The past few days when editing tracks and using the slip event key command the track I'm editing will start to quickly change color ( I think its actually scrolling through all the layers on that track) for about a second and then the screen will freeze for another second or two and finally studio one will completely crash. After the crash I can re open the project and start editing again and in 5 to 10 minutes it will do the same crash all over again. I do have a support ticket open with presonus support and have tried a few different things recommended by them that have not seemed to do the trick yet. First I deleted the contents in the settings folder, next I un installed and re installed Studio One and finally I have disabled VST 2, VST 3, AU and ARA services but the problem is still there. I am running the most recent version of S1 version 7.1.1.104411 on macOS 15.3.1 Any help or pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Is this happening only in one song file, or is it occurring in any/every project?

Before I left the studio this afternoon I opened up another session to see if it would happen. In the 15 minutes or so that I had the new session running it never crashed once. Planning on doing the same test again tomorrow to be sure it’s specific to just that one project.
