For anyone having issues with Studio One crashing on startup after showing a "Retrieving product list" dialog here's what worked for me: Disconnect your computer, or block Studio One on your firewall if you can't afford to fully disconnect (if you don't know how look for a tutorial on youtube. You want to block the app itself from connecting). Don't touch your local settings otherwise, this looks like an issue on Presonus' end.
Edit: Don't forget to set everything back to normal once Presonus has sorted this out on their end, this is a TEMPORARY solution!.
