Solved Studio One and EZDrummer3

Hello!

I would like to know what's the best method to create EZDrummer kit presets in Studio One with the routing saved so I could drag and drop the chosen kit from the S1 browser into a template... I currently have a new song template that I use with a drum track set to load an EZDrummer kit, but I would like to have the option to drag and drop different kits into the template without having to reroute all the kit pieces in the mixer. I seem to recall a Youtube video (pre-Covid days) where it described the process, but I can't seem to find it.

Anybody have the correct procedure? I'm hoping its possible.

Thanks for your help!

You may already know this, but just in case you don't: Have you seen this video?

Not pre-Covid, since Track Presets were introduced in V6 / 2022. But they allow you to save the instrument preset + channel strip + complete routing (including multi outs, busses, etc.).

And if you want to save kits that you can preview in the browser, you might want to check out musicloops:

Yes, Track Presets work great for bringing custom EZDrummer kits into your Studio One templates...
