Awesome! 7.2 has been amazing on my Mac - best version in years. These last few bug fixes make it even better.

Crossfade editing moves fades instead of resizing
“Takes to Layers” shifts in time when comping (also when re-selecting same layer repeatedly)

These are things I noticed since having 7.2 and now that they're fixed, I'm not sure there's anything that I ever need changed again. 7.2 is the most stable, efficient, and responsive update I think I've ever seen from Presonus. Like how some folks still talk about 6.7 on Pro Tools from two decades ago, this one will go down for me as a perfect version. Great work.

Great. But I can't open any of my templates. The ones I created. It looks like it's loading the template when I open it, but nothing happens. It stays on the welcome screen. Weird

LOVE it. Every single issue I had with 7.2 has been fixed! Seriously the best DAW out there.

Not seeing this specific issue - but another one that is related to "templates" - when I moved from 7.1 to 7.2 - the S1 installer completely obliterated the Customization settings that I painstakingly had to "reset" for use in any of my templates:

Luckily I know exactly which file is being effected when S1 moves between versions (like 7.1 -> 7.2):

The file in yellow is the culprit and when I checked it's contents immediately after my installation of 7.2 on June 2 - my existing file was replaced with a clean "default" XML file that of course - wiped all my customizations.

Managed to restore a backup - but there is definitely something going on here as this is about the third time now that I have had to reset this.

Presonus DEV needs to look at this for future upgrade - and it only seems to occur from minor version updates as far as I can tell.

Yup, this one has been around for a while - in my experience it happens with *all* updates, not just minor ones. It only takes me a few seconds to restore the customization to the way I like it so not a huge deal (and they definitely had bigger fish to fry for this update), but it is annoying and hopefully they will fix it next time around.

Not an issue just an odd one!
Updated the other day, yesterday started a new session. Put an instance of Omnisphere into the song and got an authorization request screen.
Curious that this should happen, the only thing that I have changed recently is the update.
It's not a problem as re-authorization is straightforward. Just curious if any one else has had a similiar experience after an update?

Since 7.2 and also in 7.2.1 Addictive Drummer in the vst 2 version doesn't show the GUI of the plugin. Until 7.1 everything was fine. I have this issue on an M2 Max (macOS 13) and a MacPro 2013 (MacOS 12).
I deleted all preference files and wrote the Presonus support. This support moron replied "You don't need the vst 2 version anymore, the vst 3 version is better" So I can't edit the drums on 2 records I did anymore. Thank you Presonus.
