Studio 1810c - How to use Inputs 5 - 8 (level matching)

I would like to use my Studio 1810c inputs 5-8. I understand these are balanced line inputs. I want to input from my TC Helicon Voice Live 3 which does not have an output variable adjustment, just line or mic. The voice live output works fine into the 1810c input 1-4, moving to input 5 the level is too low.

I assume I need a preamp, can someone recommend one that will work in this situation? I think I need 2 channels.

I know I could upgrade to the 1824c ($424), might be cleaner with less wires. Looking for a more cost effective solution if possible.
