Sound Variation + Track Delay potential solution

I've been building out a TouchOSC template for Studio One to make midi and audio editing quicker and easier. I know with Sound Variations you can't set a track delay for each articulation, but I was thinking a "simple" solution for that would be to create a macro to assign the sound variation and nudge the midi notes by a specific amount.

Has anyone tried this? Is there anything I should be thinking about with this approach that may cause issues editing other sections of the instrument arrangement?
 
Yes, this is a feature in my Scoring Tools add-on for Studio One:

It allows selecting notes by Sound Variation and there's also a "Nudge Notes by Velocity and Sound Variation" command exactly for this purpose.

Well that's embarrassing! I had just purchased it and haven't fully explored it all yet. That's awesome. Can't wait to get that baked into my workflow!
