Setting up MIDI Controllers Maschine Mk3 & TEC Breath Controller

hello!

I'm on PC and recently switched to Studio One and trying to setup my trusty breath controller and Maschine Mk3.

Breath controller
Been fiddling for 2 hours yesterday but couldn't find a way to make it work. In both Logic & Nuendo it worked out of the box so, being a total noooob with S1, not sure if I need to do something specific?
First things first: I set it up as a I can see S1 is getting MIDI via the BC but anytime I open a Swam instance it doesn't work. (keeps asking to set CC11)

Maschine Mk3:
I've found a mapping file within S1 prefs and downloaded it but NI Controller Editor doesn't see it?

Any tip is super appreciated <3

Maschine control mode. This might help a little. Save reinventing the wheel so to speak. I have a Mk2 the YTube vid is for a MK3 so should work.

The TEControl Breath Controller needs to be added as Keyboard, not as Control Surface.

Everyone should watch my MIDI device setup tutorial before adding MIDI devices :D

TL;DR: Any MIDI device that you want to receive and record MIDI events (MIDI CCs in this case) to an instrument track needs to be set up as a Keyboard. Instrument tracks don't listen to other devices.

much much appreciated Lukas <3
