Set the export folder to a fixed folder for all songs and projects

No - it‘s set to the mixdown folder of your current song and needs to be changed by hand if you want it somewhere else.
 
I'd be happy if they would let me overwrite an existing mixdown file
with the usual warning message of course
 
Being able to redirect that all the time would be nice.
