Some guitar samples, were post captured and also placed into Presonus' Sample One, for pitch bend effect.

Thank you, Nikk. Fun making this one and capturing. I think you're right by calling it Atmsospheric. A better description than experimental.

Awesome, AAV, and sincere thanks, brother. I think I've reached the end of using Pinnacle Studio. As it looks, I'm going to move on to DaVince Resolve Studio. Its processing is so much faster, and it has a number of workflow benefits. Synth, and audio wise, I'm real happy with Studio One and even how I can return and play along to video. Totally seamless.

Thank you Ian for the listen and kind words, brother. The touch--monitor aspects have been working out in an exciting and unique way. So displaying that was half the fun. I'm using a Sony a6600 with Sony 18-135mm, which has been one of my best video and photography choices in the last few years. From low light, slow motion, subject tracking, lens quality, everything. I'm passing that along because I know you interact with people on a lot of AV projects. TY for commenting on my channel.

Not normally my cup of tea but I had about a half hour to kill before having to head out for the night and I thought I would just "take in" some sounds. This was a pleasurable listen.

All the sounds were clear and distinct. Nothing muddy. Nothing lost (at least my ears). Everything seemed to have its place without fighting with anything else. And that right there is the goal of any genre IMO.

Well done.

Um....wow. While this being instrumental, it still has the feeling of earlier Genesis and Peter Gabriel....This is absolutely outstanding. I could totally see this being in a film like Interstellar or something along those lines. LOVE it when the beat comes in...the stereo field is phenomenal as well. VERY nice work.

Thank you bapu for listening, and your take on "Reach Far". Yeah, not my most melodic work, as the idea was to (as art can often do) provoke an emotional response. I had started an early post in this forum on the subject of using a touchscreen with S1. Besides the progresssive genre, this song became a path for revealing some touchscreen interaction (hence, "experiment"). Probably something I should have mentioned in the original description. Silly me.

Thanks, brother. Always my goal . I've been mixing live bands and shows/clubs for quite sometime here in NYC, and more recently simply developing mastering techniques for clients and with my own music.

That's, really flattering, Midiboy. Especially when some of my biggest influences are Steve Hackett, and Robert Fripp (and Gentle Giant).
