Solved Quantum 2626 crackling noise with Lenovo Laptop

I have a quite weird problem. We use the 2626 in our bands rack for samples and other stuff. Before we had a HP Z-Book for that, but that one had problems with additional thunderbolt screens. Before we used my private Asus Zenbook. Those didn't have the problems described here, so they are exclusive it seems to the Lenovo P52. Every signal that ges through or out of the 2626 has a crackling noise accompanying the actual sound. All thunderbolt software/firmware is up to date. While I ordered a refurbished MacBook now for our use, I'd still like to understand the problem.
I did a recording of one of the Presonus' outputs for understanding, it's one of the samples we actually use:

original:

(Presonus closing its forums doesn't give me good feelings about that investition after coming from Motu before...)

that sounds like spam... that signature wouldn't help since I have everything just on the latest level. Latency isn't an issue here also.

It's not spam. LatencyMon checks if a system running Windows is suitable for processing real-time audio and other tasks.
