My "ioSTATION24c" is permanently Sending - Receiving Network data even if there is no need for that.

I cant block it via Firewall, its still sending Data.

The only option is to disable "PresonusHardwareAcessService.exe" until i use the interface again.

Make this service QUIET please Ari.

Its a problem on travels with a notebook when paying per Megabyte in a Hotel for example if this service is wasting DATA all time.

Also the CPU usage is always @1-2% on my Laptop.

If you google what i just wrote above, you will find like 99+ people that reported this to Presonus and the old Forum already.

Nothing happened, Developers seem to ignore it since years.. why??

I don't know why. Reporting doesn't get me any replies.

A simple Option to Disable Network Connection in "Universal Control" and this weird Service would have done it....

ARI should answer this, he is here on the forum and could enlighten me and many others in 1-2 minutes....

You misunderstand some things. For example, that this is a community support forum for Studio One users. Studio One users discuss and exchange information and help other Studio One users.

I know very well how frustrating it is when you can't talk to the people in charge. Coming to a user forum and saying "fix the drivers" won't get you anywhere. (Unless someone comes up with a workaround).

Sigh. I will answer again:
Not only did I google what you said and did not find users with the same problem, I also checked what the presonushardwareaccessservice.exe does. It is basically a network driver for using your iOStation24c meaning the USB connection. The traffic it creates is not part of your LAN or WLAN or Mobile data traffic. It‘s only between the device and the computer.
If you have a different experience I would encourage you to provide more info and also contact PreSonus costumer support with your findings.
You do understand that some network traffic tools just analyse all traffic regardless of what it is?
