Solved MIDI routing question - I don't see other MIDI tracks in "All Inputs"

Hi all:
I am trying to get set up so that one MIDI track routs to a second MIDI track so that the MIDI notes from track 1 control the MIDI sound in track 2. I have watched several videos but it doesn't seem to work. I would like to replicate what I see in this video

When I have two MIDI tracks and click on the "All Inputs" tab in one of the MIDI tracks I don't see the name of the other MIDI track in the list (as shown in the video) so that I can select it as the source. Is there some setting that I have to get correct in Studio One to be able to do this?

Thanks!

You cannot receive MIDI from another instrument track. You can only receive from an instrument that outputs MIDI. What happens in the video is that it uses Scaler which is an instrument that can generate (and output) MIDI. So you can set the instrument (Scaler) as the input of another instrument track. But this requires this special type of instrument.

OK, what I'm trying to do is to set up the ReMIDI plugin so that it outputs in realtime its midi information to a different track like a guitar. I think I can do that based on several videos that I've seen but it's not clear how to set that up

Well, I don't know what happened but it seems to be working now. I just have to figure out how to use ReMIDI.
