MIDI Clock sent ONLY when interface is NOT selected?

Hi There,

Trying to get Studio One to send MIDI clock to guitar pedals via a Focusrite Clarett 8pre thunderbolt interface.

1. There's a Pedalboard external device setup in S1 (see attached for the config)
2. Clock gets sent ONLY when Studio One is set to use the MacBook Pro speakers for audio
3. When S1 is set to use the Clarett for audio, MIDI clock stops sending

Have tried...

• Several power cycles of the Clarett
• Several Mac restarts
• Uninstalling and reinstalling the Clarett thunderbolt driver
• Uninstalling and reinstalling Focusrite Control
• Checking for StudioOne updates
• Contacting Focusrite
• Contacting Presonus

Still waiting to hear back from the manufactures but thought I'd check here incase I've missed something basic.

Any help or suggestions much appreciated. Cheers, Ben

Update: This issue seems to be intermittent. It works, then it doesn't, now it works again.

Has anyone else experienced this?
