Key Command to Focus Arranger/Timeline

Is there any macro/key command to switch focus to the arranger/timeline window?

I almost always have the Edit view showing, but would like to switch focus between the Edit and Arranger panels. This would also be helpful for macros which should operate only on one or the other. For example, I might have a macro which includes the Split command. If I want to split events, I need to make sure the Arranger window is focused/active.
