There has been some confusion about how to find and install Cinematic Lights in Studio One Pro 7.1.

Here are the steps that seem to work for most users:

STEP 1: Update
First make sure you have updated to Studio One Pro 7.1. Cinematic Lights will not work with previous versions.

STEP 2: Claim (Studio One Pro+ subscribers, skip to STEP 3)
Studio One Pro Perpetual License holders: Go to your account at my.presonus.com, click on Products, find Studio One Pro 7, scroll down to the bottom (you may need to expand the "details"). Under Cinematic Lights, click Claim Product.

STEP 3: Install
Open Studio One Pro 7 and click Studio One Installation on the Studio One menu. You should then be able to locate, install and enable Cinematic Lights.

Hi, I think I followed the steps correctly for my.presonus.com to install Cinematic Lights in my Studio One 7.1, but I can't find it, even though it appears as installed. I don't know what it could be.

Still haven't bothered downloading it yet.

Yes, of course. :)

As I mentioned, Cinematic Lights appeared as installed but was not listed among the instruments.

There was also an issue with Deep Flight One, which did appear in the instrument list, but any sound I tried to load showed an error (missing files).

After attempting some small corrections without success, they asked me for my computer's system information file. After reviewing it, they asked me to completely uninstall the AVAST antivirus from my computer and reinstall the content.

After completely uninstalling AVAST, I reinstalled the content, and everything works now. Cinematic Lights appears in the instrument list, and Deep Flight One loads sounds without any issues.

Hopefully you never go back to AVAST.

Any DAW should need no more that just Windows Defender - with a few tweaks to keep it quiet while working.
