Many of you, especially those doing a lot of editing, often use the "Return to Start on Stop" option, which resets the play cursor to the last start position when playback stops.
Recently, someone on Facebook asked how to achieve a "Pause" function - stopping playback without resetting the play cursor - even with "Return to Start on Stop" enabled.
I’ve just uploaded a new video showing how to create a simple macro that gives you the best of both worlds: pause and play without resetting, while still keeping the "Return to Start on Stop" functionality. You can trigger the macro from a toolbar button, a keyboard shortcut, or a MIDI controller, making it super flexible.
