Help > About Studio One - Crash Report

After opening Help > About Studio One, the application crashes within about 4-5 seconds (before the credit scroller even appear).

Studio One 7.1.1.104411 Win x64/Win10 Pro 10.0.19045

Could be a plugin or hardware (graphics driver) issue so test for that to confirm...

Press and hold the [Shift] key and then mouse click the Studio One program icon to start the program.

Click [Diagnostics Report] button as PreSonus Support will ask for this.

Then click to disable starting with plugins as shown then click [Start]...

I know this sound crazy, but I think the credit scroller is crashing in the application.
The actions.log diagnostic report points to the PreSonus Cross Platform UI Framework:

Have you submitted a Support Ticket (see link in my signature) yet?
If not, please do.
 
I figured out how to reproduce the crash 100%:
  • Open the "About Studio One" dialog
  • Hover your mouse over the red zone (see attached image)
  • As soon as the mouse enters the red zone, the application crashes immediately
Can anyone verify and confirm the crash on their own Win10/Win11 system?

No, it doesn't crash here, Windows 11, same Studio One built as in your gif..
In my About-screen it tells me that it's licensed to me (my name), and I cannot see Product Key, License Type and Valid Until.
I'm on Studio One Pro+.
