To get help, however, you have to offer some information. “I can't get it to work” is a far too general statement. What exactly are you doing, what do you expect and what exactly isn't working?

By providing more details the chance is much higher that someone will have a tip, even if they don't happen to own exactly the same instrument.

I indeed don‘t have this instrument. From what I‘ve seen via googling, this is a Midi FX plugin? It generates Midi and sends it to an instrument, right?

This setup is a bit tricky when doing so for the first time. So a shot in the dark here to help you with the initial setup:

1. create a track with rhythmizer
2. create a track with a synth, for instance Pigments
3. in the Pigments window, click on the arrow to the left of the word Sidechain
4. for Midi In 1, select Rhythmizer from the options window

That's all.

It definitely works as expected with Studio One.
I downloaded a Rhythmizer demo trial and was able to set it up as shown...
