Finer Scrolling on FaderPort 8

Just starting to get to know the FaderPort 8. Does the scroll function only move 1 bar at a time? I was hoping to get finer scrolling, or at least have it adjust based on the zoom level. Seems kind of useless if you are trying to position the playhead between measures.

As a side note, I noticed that my Arturia KeyLab in S1 DAW control mode also only moves the playhead one measure at a time, using the "big knob". Wondering if this is a limitation of S1. Or if there are other controllers out there that might give finer control.

You should get far closer resolution than just measures. If I remember, it can be set to as small as beats, but I'll have to check.

Generally, scrolling with the Faderport 8/16 is only ballpark accurate. You'll want to set either loop to selection, then press 1, or some other quick means. Too bad, as it should have modifiers that control different resolutions quickly. A jog wheel would have been better, only Studio One has no provisions on its own to jog.
