When capturing Studio One screens in OBS on Windows, to capture the audio you normally need to use Windows audio for both Studio One and OBS. Fotunately, it's possible to use ASIO thanks to the free OBS-ASIO plugin. However, as far as I can tell, your interface needs to have a loopback capability. I'm using this successfully with the PreSonus 1824c by selecting Mix 1/2 for Loopback in Universal Control. This allows sending Studio One's mixed output to OBS.
Download the OBS-ASIO plugin from GitHub. Install it, and open OBS. In the OBS Audio Mixer, click the + button in the Sources menu and choose "ASIO Input Capture." Double-click on it in the Sources box, and choose your ASIO interface.
I can't tell you how much simpler this makes my life when creating video examples for seminars and workshops![Smile :) :)](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png)
