Not a brand-new composition, but one of the most recent pieces I'm allowed to share online. This track is a demo piece for Fado Guitar & Cavaquinho, a KONTAKT library by Germany-based sample library company Sonuscore.

The sample library includes presets that lean toward an acoustic string instrument character, as well as patches that are more pad-like or synthetic. I wanted to incorporate both sonic aesthetics and fill the background with orchestral colors - mainly just strings and percussion. The entire track was created using virtual instruments and sample libraries.

The first six tracks feature only the Fado Guitar & Cavaquinho library, while the rest consists of strings, synths, and percussion.

Quite haunting a couple of bits that touched my inner soul.
The bars through 35 to 39, with the fall to that simple string line at bar 51 such a moment of pure emotion really enjoyable. 🎶
Man I'm getting soppy in my old age, really enjoyed listenig tho'.

Kindest regards

I enjoyed the feel, and sweet overtones that seemed to be rising overhead. I wish it were a little longer. Understood this is from the demo. Thank you for sharing, Lukas!
