Solved Changing chords by dragging?

Say for instance my track is in a minor and I have an arpeggiator part in a minor and I want to make the next section in F major (which is part of the a minor scale). Is it possible to drag it down to F and have it only move on the a-minor scale notes? My ARPS are sometimes complex and I have to drag notes until I'm blue in the face...
