Solved Cannot see ADAT channels 1 and 2 in studio one 7 pro audio I/O setup

I'm experiencing an issue with ADAT channel recognition in Studio One. My RME UCX II, connected to an Audient EVO SP8 via optical cables, shows all 8 ADAT channels are working correctly in TotalMix. However, only 6 are visible in Studio One's Audio I/O settings. I've reviewed all configurations, but the first two ADAT channels are missing. Can you provide any troubleshooting tips? Please see the attachments showing the discrepancy.

I have UCX and my setup is close to what you have.
The outputs on 13 and 14 are ADAT 1 and 2 even though it looks like it's SPDIF.
According to the manual you can specify the outputs in the Fireface USB settings dialog box. Set the Output Format/Optical option to ADAT.
Hope that helps.

I have a Fireface UCX II and still haven't figured out how to my the Phones output (Analog Out 7 and 8) visible outside of TotalMix. One of these days, I'll get around to asking RME's tech support.

Just create a new stereo output in StudioOne under Audio I/O Setup and assign to Analog 7 & 8.

I just checked, and you are correct for Studio One. It sees Analog Outputs 7 & 8. What I was thinking of when I wrote that post was the UCX II I/O visible to Windows. Outputs 7 & 8 (dedicated to the headphones jack on the front panel) don't show up, so I can't assign Windows audio out to the headphones.
