Bug using sustain on repeat parts

When repeating ou Duplicate Shared and there's some sustain controllers, it ignores it. But if I copy a part without using the Duplicate Shared or with the right mouse button down (resize event) it plays good.
Does someone has this too?

Working fine here. Both duplicating as well as playback. Can't see an issue or even a bug.

What happens here is that visually the parts are identical, but the sustain doesn't work...

But could you try to copy that part to a empty space after that one and then repeat shared?
