Solved Big Problem With Faderport 2 After Updating Firmware

Hello everyone,
I'm new to this forum but was a long time member of the now-closed Presonus Forums.
Today I was prompted by Universal Control to update the firmware of my Faderport 2. When the update was complete, I powered off the Faderport and then powered it back on, as instructed. There was a long pause before anything happened, then the lights started flashing. They won't stop flashing unless I press a button on the transport section. Then all the lights stay lit. Not good.
Has anyone else experienced this before? Should I try doing a factory reset? I'd be grateful for any help with this. Thanks very much!

Update on original post: I tried searching again and found something to try: Resetting the unit to Studio One mode by pressing the Next button while powering the unit on and then pressing the Solo button. The lights stopped flashing. I tested it with a Project in S1 and it seems to be working fine, so... never mind!
