Best Vendor for PreSonus RM-32

I am about to buy a R-32. I would like to know best vendor to buy from for giving customer service when there are problems and Presonus is not responding or hasn't got an answer?

It is also important to get the mixer model designation right:
- The RM32AI is a 32-channel 2nd generation StudioLive rack mixer, discontinued
- The RML32AI is a 32-channel 2nd generation StudioLive rack mixer, successor of the RM32AI, discontinued
- The 32R is a 32-channel 3rd generation StudioLive rack mixer, in production
