Solved Audiobox 96 (more than 6 years old)

I registered my product but I can't find the software. There are only demo and prime versions. Please help.

You might have to contact Presonus support on this. This is an independent forum -

We offer technical support via e-mail. You can submit a support request by signing into your my.presonus.com account and then clicking the “Support” tab.

Please make sure that your hardware or software is registered to your account prior to submitting a ticket.
