Audio Setup

I opened my v6.6.4 yesterday and recorded a virtual track and when i played it back a couple times and then it was attacked by reeeeealy bad latrncy. I consulted the manual and checked all the related boxes and nothing helped. Then i noticed in the audio setup the process precision was on 32 bit and was greyed out so it cant be changed. The same thing with the monitoring options. Can anybody help? I don't know if its related, but when v7 came out i bought it, but could never get the product key no matter what I did so i couldn't download all of it. So i got my money back. There are still artifacts of v7 in my computer but i don't know what to delete mucking around in there. Now during my investigation yesterday i found that my manual in the help menu has been upgraded to the v7 manual. The more i talk about it the more pissed i get. Please Help

I don't think I can actually help but, will throw out there what happened with me regarding Melodyne some time back. I could open Melodyne
and edit but could not close Melodyne out. You can imagine the frustration with this. Long story short Presonus support told me
to remove all / any traces of Melodyne. Support did help out with where to look and what to watch for.

There suggestions / recommendations did indeed work, what a relief!! With that being said maybe support needs another ticket
to help you out. I can say that with this Midi stuff almost always I am doing something wrong. I have learned if drivers need to be
Installed, follow directions precisely or it may be no go. I have noticed this on Roland drivers especially.

Good luck, hope you get it sorted. We all know how frustrating this stuff can be sometimes 👽
