Audio buffers not being flushed before offline render?

So, on almost every export, audio (I think the bass track) is not getting flushed and there is a bit of noise at the start.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Tried no dropout protection. same sample rate as project, higher sample rate.

nvm it was due to a plugin called overheat. Damn
