Associating a studio one song with a file folder or pdf file(s) containing notated music, performance notes, etc.

I am seeking advice as to how to more efficiently "tie" studio one song(s) or tracks with the charts and notes to be used by musicians while recording or performing. Is there a feature facilitating such, or a script that would facilitate accessing the charts when a song is opened?

I'm trying to shorten the process of calling up everything needed to ready each song during a rehearsal or performance, and ensuring that everyone is accessing the current resources.
