Solved All my inputs and outputs have gone missing on the tracks

I've made a rights dogs dinner, clearly I pressed something and all my MIDI/Audio inputs and outputs have disappeared from my tracks.
I've searched everywhere and have come to nothing, please see screenshot.

Help!
