Adding tracks using "Add Tracks"

Lando

New member
I currently use "Duplicate Track (complete)" or Shift-T, when adding 1 or more tracks from an existing instrument. I'm getting ready to try try building a template and so far, I can't find a combination of settings in the "Add Tracks" dialog box that replicates the exact Shift-D behavior. Am I missing something or are they mutually exclusive?

Appreciate any help

Assuming I understand what you're trying to do ...

Once you've created a track preset via 'Store Track Preset', use 'Load Track Preset' to create a new track from the preset.
These commands are available via context menu and can have keyboard shortcuts bound to them.

From 'Add Tracks' use 'Load Track Preset' in the lower left corner
